I'm trying to do a master clue and it tells me to speak to Jorral. He tells me that i need to complete Making History Quest first and i don't have the Relleka area unlocked and i caan't do this clue scroll now.

I am also having this problem. Clue scroll says to talk to Jorral, but he wont help me unless I complete Making History. I can't finish that quest unless I want to unlock fremminik, and I don't want to.
