So I'm having some issues completing a few things because they're being blocked by my relics and I'm not sure what to do about them.

Relics in question:
>T3-Fire Sale
>T6-Farmer's Fortune

Things I'm unable to complete:
>Easy global task: buy something from Trader Crewmembers
>Kandarin Medium diary: create a Super Antipoison from scratch in Seers/Catherby

I don't know what could be done about these, but I'm mostly frustrated about not being able to complete the medium Kandarin diary. I'm already almost able to finish the hard diary but can't until I finish the medium.
