" Items seen in leeches name is ffa. "

What exactly does this mean?
This means that if the person leeching receives a unique they will get to keep this item. Note, however, that your chance of receiving the drop if you have done literally nothing (as is being encouraged in this thread) is extremely low. I think it's actually 0% chance if you have 0 points? Perhaps the clan leader can let me know whether there is a minimum amount of points required to get a drop.

In addition, what is effectively happening is this clan gets someone to leech their raid which boosts the points they can receive during the raid for pretty much zero extra difficulty. People generally scale their raids using their own alt accounts, this is the same but with someone else sitting there for you (less effort for the Raiders as they don't need to keep their alt from logging out).

So they get extra points + an extra 10m from the leech.

Just to explain the situation.

Just to be clear, Rad PvM gives the option of the leech afking the whole raid, or a learning experience. Rad PvM will invite that player to the clan after the Leech, Additionally we ask that everyone post feedback. We offer a service for litterally what the title says. Nothing more nothing less.

Yes, most clans do that for free lol. If they don't want to be taught, they are doing you a favour. If they do want to be taught, other clans do this for free...
