iOS Mobile Login Trouble

Whenever I attempt to login a message appears and says “please choose yourself a display name via the website before logging in OSRS.

When I load up the app it doesn’t even give me an option to type in a username or password it only says continue using RuneScape account and when I click that the message appears. I’ve tried everything and cannot figure out what is causing this. When I run OSRS on my work phone I have no problem logging in.

I need help ASAP.

I am not sure whether this is a new problem or just a continuation of the other login problems mobile users are experiencing.

Mod Zig here from Player Support!
If you are still struggling to login to either Runescape Mobile or Old School Mobile, please follow these steps:

- Please do not use any auto-fill features. Please make sure to enter your login credentials manually.
- Clear cached files and Cookies
- Delete and re-install app
- Make sure your mobile device has the most up to date operating system

Please post back if these fixes don't help.
