I'm currently having a problem signing into my account on mobile. I tried setting up gamecenter, now my other accounts won't sign in even if I disable gamecenter on my iphone. The email and password work fine, then I authenticate, and then its a brand new account. PLEASE HELP! Thank You. Klaasi

I am guessing that your phone has 'saved' your login and keeps using it, no matter what information you enter the next time around.

Try this: log into the game then FULLY log out.
The full log out process starts by clicking on the door and selecting "Tap here to logout".
On the next screen, select "Sign out"
On the next screen, select "Yes"

This is the full logout and takes you back to the login screen where you see two options.
If the accounts have an email/password login, select "continue with RuneScape account"

The problem still persists, I’ve logged out and logged in again. I’ve completed deleted the app. I’ve tried using a different account. Everything leads back to tutorial island. The accounts have been played on prior to this happening which occurred trying to setup gamecenter. I disabled gamecenter and it still continues to do the same. I’m sorry but this is super frustrating. Please look deep into it for a fix. Thank you. Thank You. Klaasi
