I had purchased 1 month Through the mobile app. Thinking it was just a glitch cause it didn't give me the membership days and said I couldn't log into a members world.. I went and bought it again. Well after 4 times buying 1 month I see it says it could take up to 24 hours before your account is credited the membership. Which is fine but it should be noted in the interface on the mobile app. Cause if I knew then I would of just tabbed out and bought it on your website and kept playing... but no now going on 2 days I still have got credited for my purchases... so if I can get help and be credited for just 1 month and the other 3 months be replaced with bonds Please and thank you

Do you have any confirmation emails about the purchases?
If there is no membership added and no confirmation emails, I would suspect that the membership has been added to another account.

How do you log into ripyoazz?
If you use an email login, is the email the same email you have linked to your Google account (android) or Game Centre account (iOS)?

I suspect the membership was added to the RS account that has an email login the same as your Google account or Game Centre account.
Now, you might not even have a Runescape account on that email login!!

Try this:
Try buying a membership directly from the website.
If you are able to buy a membership directly from the website, it will confirm that the membership you bought yesterday went to the wrong account.
If you succeed with this, you will be able to apply directly to Google Play or Apple Pay for a refund of the membership you bought yesterday.

If you cannot buy membership directly from the website, head back to the Common Mobile Payment Issues support page and work through the points under "Membership / Item not added to account" .
