At first I only read the first two sentences, and thought "just post 'no' and move on," but i went ahead and read the rest.
As for a reply, no you can't have prayer and inventory open at the same time because it's never happened before or needed like that except for cheating bots that can do some unimaginable things I wont discuss here because there's already too much praise on these subjects else where.
As for jad advice focus on switchin your prayers instead of being in your inventory - you have no need of being in any other screen BUT prayer during jad if you are focused on switching prayer. Sure you'll have to eat eventually, that's when it comes into terms you have to focus your switch before going to your inventory, eat then back to prayer to switch; don't worry about attackin jad again at that moment because there is no time limit and as long as the healers don't die they wont respawn and they'll continue targeting you. Also don't limit yourself while on mobile - on my main i did ds2 and the sote boss on mobile and i also learned how to tank bandos on mobile and did my first raid on mobile aswell.
