Login troubles mobile, redirec

If I try to login in the mobile app using my runescape login, it redirects me to the jagex website to login. When I enter my credentials (correctly) there, it redirects me to the app again, where they login screen is still there, without being logged in.
This repeats itself when I try logging in on the site first. It keeps redirecting me back and forth between the site and the app.

Clearing cache doesn't work, using other browsers doesn't work, other accounts doesn't work, reinstalling the app doesn't work either. I tried wifi, data, other wifi, nothing works.

I can login on my computer so it is a mobile problem and not account problem.

Does someone know a solution?

Hello,

Make sure that you disable auto-fill and erase all characters and then erase a few more times to make sure there's no stray spaces, and then retype the login. Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !

Thanks for the answer, but tried that and it doens't work. It just keeps redirecting me to the jagex website to login, when I do it redirects me to the app again but it isn't logged in.
Logging in on the website does work tho, so I have no idea what the issue is.
