Log in trouble please help

I have two phones and play mobile on both when I try to log into my account on one of the phones it works fine, with the other it says I’m not a member and has set my account to tutorial island, I’ve tried deleting and re installing the app but nothing helps, on my laptop my account is fine as well, I do not have a Google account or a Game Center account so I’m not sure why this is happening.

It sounds like you have accidentally created a new account and this account is now stickied at login on the other phone.

You can fix this by following the instructions here: Why can't I log in to the correct account on mobile?
