Please make sure your mobile device operating system is up-to-date and runs on the latest available update. Mod Zig mentioned, some time ago, to not use the auto-fill option on your mobile device but type your login credentials manually.
If that did not do the trick try to open the login screen (
after you have hit the "continue with runescape account" option)
with a different browser; click on the three dots - for example try using Chrome or any other web browser you use when browsing the internet on your mobile device. The log in page will reload and now you should be able to log in.
