I agree Mammalike. New update as of today still hasn't fixed the issue. Ive already mentioned I've tried those things too Localfiles. It's stated in my first response on this forum. I will do so for a 5th time considering there's another update since then. I've also tried contacting through appstore, Twitter support page, and here. This is the only place I get a relative response, even though I've tried all the suggested actions mentioned here. I log in fine on mobile with my buddies phone and on pc it's fine. I'm not sure why It just randomly stopped wanting to work, hopefully an explanation or solution occurs.

I'm still experiencing the same problem on one but not both of my androids. If anyone is curious about what happens and wants to see there is a post on the osrsmobile reddit page i believe is still pinned and many people also having the same problem. Apparently there is a way to uninstall and unsubscribe from the beta, and download the non beta app, but i dont really want to risk messing up my other device, and it would be cool if they fixed this so we could still enjoy the beta. Hopefully this gets fixed soon as its affecting a decent amount of players... I definitely feel for mobile only players especially when mems is being used up :/

Hi, this issue was resolved after removing beta testing and re installing the app, but after the recent update which added all the features from the beta test this problem has resurfaced

The problem is that you can only connect to the game using your Google account
When you try connecting using your runescape account it doesn't do anything
But if you do continue with Google it starts you on a fresh level 3

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall around 5 times this unfortunately this time did nothing,
I also checked again to see if making myself a beta tester and removing it would help,
But that also did nothing this time, currently mobile app hasn't worked in its intended way for
A few days now not sure if jagex is aware of this problem and I don't think that
This is affecting every player, so to try and narrow the problem down I am using
A phone that runs on android software and has 4gb of ram, just incase hope this helps
