Hi, this issue was resolved after removing beta testing and re installing the app, but after the recent update which added all the features from the beta test this problem has resurfaced
The problem is that you can only connect to the game using your Google account
When you try connecting using your runescape account it doesn't do anything
But if you do continue with Google it starts you on a fresh level 3
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall around 5 times this unfortunately this time did nothing,
I also checked again to see if making myself a beta tester and removing it would help,
But that also did nothing this time, currently mobile app hasn't worked in its intended way for
A few days now not sure if jagex is aware of this problem and I don't think that
This is affecting every player, so to try and narrow the problem down I am using
A phone that runs on android software and has 4gb of ram, just incase hope this helps
