Hi, please take these steps to secure your device, email and account so this won't happen again:
- Scan your computer/mobile for malware and viruses
- Set a new password and authenticator to your email**** and any linked accounts
- Unlink any linked accounts that you don't own
- Add a bank pin to your account
Security

Items lost as result of hijacking cannot be restored by Jagex and not in any other circumstance as far as OSRS go. Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !
