Hello fellow Scapists!
I’ve been on RuneScape for 16 years roughly.
I was excited about mobile and was actually excited about starting from scratch again...so much so that I’ve surpassed any accounts before and I’ve had membership SINCE mobile came out.
I logged in with my original account (Raptorf23-4) and then continued on to create my mobile account (13Tones) when it was released!
Now, for two years I did not experience any problems whatsoever. I was playing all the way up until this morning with no complications and loving my membership accesses STILL.
I logged in again this afternoon (10-31-2020) and it suddenly would not let me. As soon as I had changed my password and went to log in again, it brought me to the start of tutorial island and asking for a new username.
13Tones is still in the hiscores and I have access to everything with the account EXCEPT actually being able to log in and enjoy myself again.
I am saddened and really hoping that I can get a response that really helps, because I’ve been going through Reddit threads and OSRS forums and trying all options to no avail.
Here’s to hoping somebody has the sweet words I’m looking for.
