Sitting in Theatre of blood I accidentally reported someone trying to follow them, and when the menu popped up I was already clicking my screen and submitted a report. I would like to avoid any negative action on my account through a false report. Is there anything I can do to avoid any issues from this mistake?

Don't worry about this. Mis-click reports happen and JMods recognise this and understand.

I did this as well, and as an overly cautious player, I hope my report can be disregarded too. I didn't want to submit it under bug report to explain that I misclicked a friend's name in PM and selected report and clicked something random so quickly while making oak larders in my POH. I feel terrible and my account has been clean for many years. Now I'm going to worry myself for awhile. Player since 2005.
