I purchased 1year membership in march 2020 and I took a break over the summer
When I tried to log on using mobile app it says "you are standing in a members only area!" And when I go to a f2p world my character resets completely. I have no trouble logging in on my computer. Please help! I have already lost many membership days due to this
If you are having no problem logging in on pc, the mobile login must be taking you to a different account!

This is a known problem. You have accidentally created a new Runescape account tied to your Game Center account. For some reason, the mobile client sort of latches on to this account, and always logs in to it, regardless of what login name and password you type in.
The solution is to add an email login name to the new account.
Log in on the mobile client. Open the account settings (button with the head and shoulders figure + a cogwheel) - you may need to complete Tutorial Island to get access to this button. Then link the account with an email address. You will need an email that is not already used as a Runescape login name.
Once you complete that, the client will log out, and you should then be able to log in with your usual account.
Now when I log on it says "pending transactions for King Ho, apply now?" And I have the option to skip or apply. When I click skip, it says the standing in members only area. So I switch to free world and it still says I am standing in members area. So as of right now I cant even login at all on mobile app
If you are getting the
"standing in members only area"
message it means you are logging in to a F2p world.
You need to check the world list carefully and choose a members world to log in to.
Then, move your character out of the members area, back to the F2p area before you can log out and try a F2p world.
Pending transactions means you have purchased something and the mobile app is waiting to apply it to your account.
