I only ever play via mobile. I tried to log in after just being logged on and it said I wasn't a member. I tried a f2p world and I'm standing on tutorial island.... Please help I dont know what to do. I used the same email and even reset the password and I can't log in to my account

Fixed it; Uninstaller and reinstalled app. Went thru appropriate screens and selected yes 👍
