Hi. Ever since today’s update, everytime I try to log on my iron account on my mobile app it keeps logging me into my main. I’m putting in all my iron details but it keeps logging me into my main. I’ve tried reinstalling the app and removing saved passwords from my phone and manually typing it. Still logs me into my main account. Can anyone help? I am using a IPhone 11 Pro Max.

I’m experiencing the same problem on the iPad. It doesn’t even seem to matter what I enter as password or authenticator. Just random numbers will do to log my main in.
Please fix asap!

Similar issue and right after the mobile update. I log into my main and get tutorial island. I was informed it was a bug. Hopefully another update to fix this will be soon!

I am also having this issue on my iPad where the app keeps logging me into a fresh tutorial island account. Nothing is working on the mobile app from an iPad. I tried everything and no luck. I hope mods are looking at this page. This seems to be a bigger issue than just us here in this thread post.
I am also experiencing the same issue. I was able to log into the iPad last night and this morning it is bringing me back to tutorial island. I can log in and play on my iPhone and the computer but only my iPad is suffering. No changes wer made to the user name or the password. PleaSe help!

This thread was originally created over two months ago. Although the issue you're experiencing may be similar, I'm doubtful it is the same. Thread hi-jacking is typically frowned upon in the forum world. Please see below for the solution to the problem you're experiencing:

This is a known problem. You have accidentally created a new Runescape account tied to your Game Center account. For some reason, the mobile client sort of latches on to this account, and always logs in to it, regardless of what login name and password you type in.
The solution is to add an email login name to the new account.
Log in on the mobile client. Open the account settings (button with the head and shoulders figure + a cogwheel) - you may need to complete Tutorial Island to get access to this button. Then link the account with an email address. You will need an email that is not already used as a Runescape login name.
Once you complete that, the client will log out, and you should then be able to log in with your usual account.
