Logged out now can't log in Thread is locked

Bit of a wierd one. I've been playing the last couple days under my account username 'GenericOrgy' (lol) and I've just gone to log back in but it's logged me in as a brand new account at tutorial island username 'lukecov'. Seems like both accounts are linked to the one email address but I can't log in via username, only email. Does anyone know how to delete the 'lukecov' account and get back my 'genericorgy' account? lukecov and GenericOrgy are two different accounts with different logins.

It is ok to have the same email as the registered email for all your accounts.
Explanation: Login Email and Registered Email

To retrieve the forgotten login, use the Forgotten login support page.
Navigation: Still stuck? -> No -> Yes -> Email my login

i was doing bounty hunter my laptop died and i got an new charger for it the one i had wasnt working now i go to log in and it says any user after 2010 basically has to use there email address and my email is right and pass word. i used the same to log into here to post this please help so my laptop died while in bounty hunter i get a new charger now my account is basically saying i have the wrong user name how is it possible for me to log into the web page here but not on the game need help please

Attempting to login and keep getting a screen saying that I'm standing in a members zone and will have to move to a non members zone to log in. I have a membership and can't figure out why it won't let me log in

Any help is appreciated I have bought 1 months of membership and I was playing osrs on iOS and logged out to go and do some things then I went to log back in and it doesn’t let me sign in but says “You are standing in a members-only area. To play on this world please move to a free area first”
Please help asap
