Sorry if this is in the wrong place.

I tried purchasing a $6.99 Bond in game with Google play money I have available on my account but when I pull up payment options it only pulls up payment options for one Google Play email account ("Account A&quot ;) , not the one with Google Play money available ("Account B&quot ;) . I had Account A when I was younger and am now primarily using Account B. Account B is also the one that has the Google Play cash on in that cannot be transferred to Account A.

I have tried uninstalling the app, making sure that Account A is signed out of the play store, and then logging in Account B and downloading the app through Account B, but after logging back in to the app and attempting to make the purchase it still only lists Account A. Additionally, the only options in the in-game purchase window are to use Account A as the Google Play balance or to remove Account A as a payment method. Upon removing Account A and trying to add a Google Play payment method, it just automatically re-adds Account A.

I have also unlinked Account A on the Runescape website, tried disabling Google Play (cannot uninstall) and then uninstalling OSRS then re-enabling the Play Store, and then logging in with just Account B and downloading OSRS. Still only goes to Account A.

Is there any solution for this that someone is aware of? Maybe this is very specific to this app?

I searched the "Contact Us" web page and searched through a number of links but didn't get anything addressing exactly this.

I also tried the subreddit and Google forums already with no luck as well.

When you are on the mobile app login screen you see two login options:
* continue with Google account
* continue with RuneScape account
Which one do you choose?

If you are selecting 'continue with Google account' then you can't swap between Google accounts.
Whatever Google Play account you were logged into at the time you downloaded and created the mobile access Runescape account is it.

But, I am a bit mystified. Are you talking about your Char1ieclown account or about another account?
Char1ieclown is a really old account that should have pre-dated the Google Play mobile created RS account system.

This is in relation to the Char1ieclown account, which was "Charlieclown" back in the early 2000s and I've consistently had it since then.

I just reinstalled OSRS and tried both options: logging in with my linked email (Account B) and then completely signing out and logging in with just my Runescape Account details- they both only listed Account A in the Google Play options.

The very first time I installed the OSRS app it was on Account A.

Does that mean that since I downloaded the app the very first time under Account A it is impossible to ever have a different Google Play account tied to Char1ieclown? Account B is my currently linked Google account, the one I use for pretty much everything and Account A is barely used at this point (other than as a backup email).

The Google login FAQs page says "It is only possible to associate one Google account to one RuneScape account."

You are trying to dis-associate one Google account in order to associate another Google account.
You have tried pretty much everything and it isn't letting you. :(
I am sorry but there doesn't appear to be a workaround to get the outcome you are after.

I thought the Google account restriction only applied to accounts created in the past 2-3 years (since OSRS mobile was available). That's why I questioned whether you were referring to your Char1ieclown account.
