Hello, I got my friend to try old school runescape. He did tutorial island then we met up on lumbridge. I gave him a new player care package but when he got home and logged in on his computer it had sent him back to tutorial island! Now he doesnt want to play until this gets sorted. Is it because he made the account on mobile? Twithap was his name its still on my friends list.
