I have played runescape for years on various accounts, i have never botted in my entire life. Last night was playing on my mobile account VixxieTV and managed to get perma banned , how can you perma ban someone that wasn't even offending the rules and having fun. Meanwhile you have all these botters on the server and can't manage to get rid of them but get rid of players that pay money and actually play the game. Please fix this problem, it's not right when you take someones money, especially under a year subscription. Not only that you block all means of communication to fix the problem, you need a support system for people that got banned unjustly.
