Please help me, I can't log into my account. Every time I try to login it says that "account made after November 2010 should use their email and not their username." and then there's two buttons, one says "retry" and the other says "change password" I've changed my password twice and it still doesn't work, and my account was made after November 2010 and I am using my email, I have absolutely no idea what's going on and any help on this would really help

I'm assuming that this account is a different one than what you're using to make this post.

If you're able to reset your password and change it via your e-mail, then that means you have the correct log-in information. It could be worth a try logging in with your username... but also it should be noted that case-sensitive letters and symbols don't work on the log-in screen.

So, you can successfully change the password but then get an error message when you login?
And you are using your mobile? - using a full login e.g. email/password, and not a shortcut login e.g. via Google or Game Centre?

Have you checked the 'Account Status' tab?
This is to see if any recent offences have been recorded.

note to Conformed: Logins are not interchangeable between an email login and a username login. It's one or the other, not interchangeable.
