I recently purchased a membership after I noticed a 500gp reward for CombatXP training. I’ve tried claiming them, but I only seem to be claiming the free rewards even after paying for the membership. I’ve completed the adventure paths for Combat, Strength and Defense, and have not received the membership rewards for any of those. Is there a separate NPC that I need to talk to besides Adventurer Jon in order to claim the membership rewards?

Okay, I figured it out. I was logged in on a free world, and turns out I needed to be in a Member World in order to claim the member rewards. I’ve since completed more Adventure Paths and collected all rewards from them, so case closed.
