How is the app performing for you?: The app performs really well for me before the latest update. Everything was running smooth, and nice. The only time I lagged was when I played for hours and teleporting/running all over gielinor. Now since the recent update I'll get frame skips in heavy populated places, teleporting to a different location will freeze the game for 5 seconds roughly. Other than that everything runs really well.

After the most recent update I've been having freezing issues. (Lag spikes of 1 sec or longer) I first noticed when withdrawing and depositing using the bank in Edgeville. I've messed with all settings, cleared cache, force stopped, uninstalled; multiple times.

This problem is bad in high player servers and low player servers, or whether I'm near 5 players or 50 players.

Basically I can not risk engaging in combat, npc or players; so the game in unplayable.

Problem resolved- Thanks Jagex. However, I gotta keep an eye on fps (I'm ocd when it comes to games performing as well as they can, on the device they are running on.)
My S6 is pretty dated, but seems to handle Runescape well enough.

Edit: 9-30-18, still experiencing a bit of lag when, opening the bank/depositing. Not sure at this point if its getting hard for my device to handle osrs flawlessly. However, it could be related to the game remembering what menu was opened before a player banked. If anyone sees this, this is the problem I'm having on my device.

Edit: 10-6-18****-occuring issues with freezing, not as bad but still happening occasionally. Fps is getting worse, esp. when doing agility on rooftops.

I'm having the same problems mentioned in the posts above, updating dps the game hangs on all apes, withdrawing item in the bank, talking with npcs, mage skill .. before this att worked perfectly !!

I've been playing Runescape on and off for just under 15 years due to lack of compatible computers now that mobile has come out i've spent so much time playing almost non-stop with the exception of work and other obvious needs i've had little to no problems with the app only things I can think that come to mind are when I back out real quick by pressing the home button it does log me out I don't know if this is intentional or not it doesn't cause much of a problem and as i've not actually run into the problem of being logged out when receiving a call if that does occur I can see that being a problem if you're questing or skilling and then die due to connection which is significantly higher due to mobile devices running into the interuptions such as phone calls, deadzones, phones freezing I cant think of any more but I'm sure there are I also have some suggestions on how you could help manage the layout so that it could increase the ease of access to pking I think you should give the option to either switch all of the tabs around like stats, inventory, prayer, ect or just switch the two columns like switching a controller to south paw thank you for your time hope this actually get read and brought into consideration and also I appologise for the spelling errors and lack of punctuations my computer is kinda bad

Works good. No complaints, sometimes app does weird flashy login button thing but it doesn't really cause any problems, I can still log in.

Can we get mouse support for the app? I have a bluetooth mouse I'd like to set up and play just cause some things are kinda hard to press. I suppose that would be my only issue, some of the sorting menu arrow up/down icons are hard to press and I'm super afraid of right clicking my friends name when we're private messaging and i might fat finger the wrong option.

Long press or double tap to drop an item would be cool, instead of pressing once/holding for options menu then clicking drop.

i do sometimes get the disconnected message and i usually end up reconnecting, i'm guessing just wifi stuff.

other than that, no complaints. great to be back

my specs can withstand and play smoothly on PUBG mobile despite its hard graphics and massive world but on OSRS its insanely delay on movements or ticks its not as smooth on a pc like when u right click its instant on mobile if you try to hold for sometime before it pops up an option for examine or something etc it takes alot of time its that slow and how can a snapdragon 652 be slow on this Game which has low graphics? how can i play PUBG more smoothly on my device but osrs cant support my GPU please fix the performance and make a 60fps option for snapdragon variant phones never cap the fps limit to 30 very poor move you guys did there because on android it expects to catch up on as the same as PC so limiting all device to only 30fps is a very bad move, make the system use our deviced GPU so it can maximize performance ,gameplay and finally reduce the delays on right clicking option or holding a NPC object for 2 seconds before it pops up is annoying make it instant as on the PC

Lag spiking and freezing on action and zoning/area loading. I was running planks via castle wars. Big load freeze coming out the doors of castle wars. Severe load time on activity on barbarbarian assault waves (android is not responding). Noticeable hitches on simple actions like smelting ore watching everyone stutter by. Fine before patch as previous posters stated. Hope to see it cleared up soon. Great addition to mobile titles. Id love chatbar on bottom of screen other than that bearing with the c**rwnt android performance issues.

The game is super super slow. One frame every 1-2 seconds. Very unplayable, the interface responds so slowly that it does not properly differentiate between taps and presses.
