I have bought 3 months of membership and I was playing osrs on iOS and logged out to go and do some things then I went to log back in and it doesn’t let me sign in but says “You are standing in a members-only area. To play on this world please move to a free area first”
Please help asap

Same thing happened to me today, except I had a full year membership....

When you log into the game is your display name exactly the same? -> Ruby Amurias

Yes, it says I’m in a member area and need to move to a f2p area but I’m a member so it makes no sense

Is there anyway you could log into my account and maybe teleport me to a f2p area and see if that will fix it because I logged off in a members area, even tho I’m a member

You just need to log into a F2p world.

Check the 'Messages' tab on your account to see 1. the confirmation of the membership payment and 2. if there are any further messages about membership being removed or the payment being refunded.

I tried to log onto a f2p server but it still says the same thing, I checked my messages and there’s nothing new. I think this is a new type of bug? Please help me resolve this ASAP

I still have this problem... I wish to play on mobile too since I payed new membership yesterday, but I get that exact same message!
