I'm not a mod, but I'll still offer you some advice. Honestly, I don't even see how this device could be used to play Runescape since it looks more like a FPS accessory. How exactly would you be using this pseudo-controller?

The controller can be used to do menu spec and prayer swaps but doesn't have enough buttons to swap hear but you'd have a button to quickly take you to your inventory menu, I have tested this and it works but I'm not willing to risk my main account with it unless someone officially says it's okay

My concern with this is it would be pressing the exact same sprites, and thus could potentially trigger not detection so I'd like to be assured. How this would work is you can assign a spot on your phone's screen for these buttons to tap when the buttons are actuated
