My main account kmv95, which i havn't used for a year i found to be banned today for an offence of macroing earlier this month! I have not used my account for near a year and just tried logging in today to do the easter event 😕
Im assuming i was hacked but i cant understand how as i am the only person who knows the password.
Can any mod check the ip location of where the macroing was done and confirm it wasnt me? .

If you want to appeal the ban, you need to start on the Account Bans support page. The appeal button is on that page.

While you wait for a reply you must secure your account/s.
Use the instructions on the Securing your account support page.

Was the password on your banned account still the same or had it been changed by the hijacker?
If the password is still the same, it means your account information has been either phished from you or harvested from your computer.
If the password was changed, it means your email is insecure and you should change the password to your email right away.

I already placed an appeal but I was not given a slot to write down the circumstances.
I already changed my accounts password, which was still the same. So im assuming it must have been phished but how I'm unaware...
Anyway I'm available to work with any mod to help provide evidence i was not part of the reason i was banned.
