I’ve had this account for over year and used the grand exchange multiple times. Now all of a sudden I’m blocked from the grand exhange. It says I need 20 hours of gameplay. I assume I have way more than that. I need a skill amount over 100 and I have way over that. And I need quest points ... is there some bug Jagex made with the ge or something.

And no I don’t do quests I find them extremely boring
