OSRS IPAD. mouse/keyboard?

I got an ipad with a lighting to usb adapter converter with a mouse/keyboard hooked up. And it kind of works. The left click on the mouse works as should but I'd like to be able to right click and have the options.. walk here. Pickup item.
Keyboard works okay, but when I use the arrows on the keyboard, it doesnt change the camera view like I remember it on PC.
Are these items that runescape settings will change or the iPad settings..
