Hi so I accidentally logged out my account on mobile and clicked continue with game centre..
I closed the app to cancel and tried logging in through RuneScape account, but I’m just getting a message saying I need to create a username on the website to play, I don’t know how to reset the app so I can just log on through my email because I don’t know my game centre details (not the same I’ve tried) I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app it just says the same thing
Hope someone can help!! Mobile is my only way to play

This support page is not helping... the app keeps saying “please make a display name for your account via the RuneScape website.”
I’ve done this, made an account with every single email I own and I have a display name for every single account and I still cannot log into mobile app without being prompted the same thing.
It won** let me login at all to any account on osrs mobile even the one I’ve supposedly just created. It doesn’t give me a chance to change any login information. It just fails and says “please choose a display name.”

Same problem here. Need to add a name to my account for game centre but it tells me to use website to add one but I can** log onto the website with gamecentre to add a character name because there’s no attached email
I am not sure whether this is a new problem or just a continuation of the other login problems mobile users are experiencing.

If you are still struggling to login to either Runescape Mobile or Old School Mobile, please follow these steps:
- Please do not use any auto-fill features. Please make sure to enter your login credentials manually.
- Clear cached files and Cookies
- Delete and re-install app
- Make sure your mobile device has the most up to date operating system
Please post back if these fixes don't help.
