Not getting the support i need for spending almost $200 this month on game. bought a one year sub and been playing on mobile since day one since i found out because i loved this game. been on mobile for almost 2 months now killing it with almost 1300 total level and then suddenly it logs off randomly today. when i try to log right back in on the rs mobile app that im playing on, its a different account on tutorial island with no name set, it doesnt matter which google email i use for my google play its like 2 new accounts with no name yet, its like the app no longer recgonizes the account ive been on. If i try to use the login with rs account button on the moble app login instead of the google button, it sends you to a jagex link to login, but when i do it says my username or password is incorrect, even though its not, because when i go directly on the website, i can log right into my account with the same user name and password. I tried to relink the google to my account on my account settings page on the runescape website, but it says its the google is linked to another account and to unlink it from that account before linking it to it. ive checked both emails for my accounts and neither one of them are linked, i dont know if its refering to the google account throught the mobile app that was created that i cant seem to locate through the app and its seperate or what. i even tried to do the thing where you log in with google on website and somehow update your email and thats suppposed to link it but when i do that it just makes another account. i can log into the account with google on the webpage but it acts like a new account as well with no username. its like the app cannot login my account and is trying to login a new google account. I tried to resolve this issue for almost 8 hours today and am getting so frustrated, looked on forums, made a twitter account just to reach out for help and have not heard anything back from anyone. SOS please help!
