I purchased a 1 month membership a few days ago and had no issues up until this morning. I logged on and was informed that my membership was revoked because the charge was reversed. I looked on my Online Bank Account, the charge was posted (and cleared so Jagex recieved the money). Contacted Google Support (I purchased the subscription through them). Right after I bought the month subscription, I canceled and removed my card. They informed me to try to contact Jagex Customer Support (I know I wont get a response through the Customer Support Email lol). I have Proof of Purchase through the online bank and Google Email/Subscription list. I hope a mod can get back to me asap!
Important Notes:
- Purchased through Google Store (canceled subscription + removed card, should still have my month of membership)
- Changed my name the night before I came across this issue.
