This thread will be simple, are you JAGEX going to give back the membership days that i've lost with the "failed to connect to server" issue?, i can't play, because i only play on mobile, and the "solution" about launching app from the website isn't working for me.
So, the membership days are counting down and i still can't play....
andriod and chrome os here, the website trick doesnt work for me either. i bought membership for the first time last week. and havent been able to play for the past 4 days. im very disappointed..
I had membership but mine got canceled without my approval no idea what happened used only 4 days of it but cant get a refund due to it being used for 4 days WTF MAN!!! this how you treat your customers that buy a months membership jagex canceled is on me. I only know because my girlfriend got a message on her playstore app notifying us of the cancellation of my membership. Id like a full refund jagex cant even put a ticket in to the customer service team..... i hope they read this and know that im really annoyed and i want compensation for their screw up!!!

Have you checked the 'Messages' tab on your account for a message from Billing Support?
If you did not want to cancel and wanted to use the whole membership, please message Billing Support via the
Unknown transaction
support page.
There is a 'Contact Us' button at the bottom.
Do not mention refund, say that you want to continue the membership and did not give authority for it to be cancelled.
