First off I’d like to commend Jagex for working through the holidays, that always sucks! I understand an update came out a week ago, and I knew the servers would be down for about 4-6 hours. (according to a mod tweet) but it’s been almost a week guys! I don’t play the game using bonds, I support the Runescape through my hard earned cash. So when you guys promise a 4 hours fix and it takes a week....I kinda get the feeling I’m being robbed(it’s not about the money) Look if you need to shut down the mobile servers for a week, fine. Just tell people a month in advanced so they have the chance to postpone next months subscription fee. I truly feel like a 1 month bond is fair to all the players that haven’t been able to boot for the last week. Or I might just cancel if no type of courtesy is returned. I truly hope everyone is having happy holidays! Sorry for the rant.

Same here man, I love the work jagex does have since I was a kid but I also pay with my hard earned cash and not bonds being down a week and wasting my members time is killing me as I play mobile only due to ease of access between work and life.... any news when we will be back up and running.
