this is a little ridiculous. i tried the solution you posted about selecting world through the website but of course it did nothing. i literally just bought a membership card a few days ago and now about 2-3 days and still counting are wasted. not because my phoine is messed up but because you dont have the servers working properly.
same here on mobile on chromebook,linux,and windows but works on my tiny phone just got a bond to and in middle of skilling with friends ive bought like 5 bonds before and month members so really not cool #Jagex Please Fix... hire some more techs or something and make runescape great again

Same issues , restarted phone restarted app, did a force stop then a reset, finally uninstalled and reinstalled still getting the Cannot connect to server, also tried going on the website and world hopping, no dice. Getting mad renew is due and I'm not bothering with it till this gets resolved.

I can't access the app on ipad, I use a lenovo. It had only not been working the past two days , I've tried installing and uninstalling. I've rebooted ipad many times nothing has helped
