I need a runescape admin or moderator please I am having a lot of trouble with my account and I have no idea what to do! Whenever I trie to log into the mobile app it has me put my Authenticator in. I do that and it says all accounts created after November have to use a email. And that’s how I’ve been using it and when I try to disable it it says cannot disable authenticator I have no idea what’s going on I haven’t been able to play for months and I’d really like to get back to the game thanks!

Are you getting an error message saying the link has expired or is invalid?
If you are getting an error message about an expired or invalid link, you need to clear the cache of the device you are using.
If you are using a mobile device, try using a pc.
Open the 'disable Authenticator email from a pc and click on the link.

No I only have one runescape account I tried putting a wrong code in and it still told me the same thing about invalid credentials
To successfully disable Authenticator, you have to log into the website to send yourself the 'disable Authenticator' email.

Is this what you did?

Because, if you did successfully disable Authenticator yet you are getting the invalid credentials error message, it means you are not using the same login to access the game as you used to access account management.

You said above that your phone auto signs you in, maybe that is the problem.
You logged in to the website with an email/password? Try using the same email/password on your phone login.
