Please help me!

I can't log in my old school runescape account to my email!

The problem I believe is that I used my email for the new runescape and for the old school runescape on mobile I used the gmail automatic log-in using that same email.

So when I try to link my account for old school runescape I believe the system doesn't know what to do and I can't link the email.

If I could talk to a real person Im sure this could be fixed

Hi,

If your email is already in use as login email, then you can use the smart trick from this page to re-use the same email as login email for multiple accounts:

you actually have two separate accounts.

You should have just logged into OSRS using the same email login credentials that you use for RS3
The Google shortcut login can then be added later.
Because you set it up with the Google shortcut login first , the system has created a second account for you.

Can this be fixed and the accounts merged? No.
You will always have two accounts now.

You can set an email login to the OSRS account in the manner described and linked above by Corder which will make it seem like you are using the same login email for both accounts.
