MOBILE AUTHENTICATOR GLITCH?

Everytime i try to log onto mobile it asks for an authenticator code, I can be playing and then log out to grab a bite to eat, then try to log in again and it asks for another one. I am checking the box that says "remember this device for 30 days". Is there any way to get this to stop happening, i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but nothing seems to work. Just frustrating. The auth codes work fine with computer and only need to be input once every 30 days. I have tried all possible solutions on my end.

Are you actually logging out of the game or just closing the game app down?

Closing the game app down isn't sufficient, you need to fully log out of the game to get the Authenticator remembering your device for 30 days.
