I just started a new account on mobile and when i linked the character to my email, i can't access the character on mobile anymore. It just prompts me to start on tutorial island again. I just made the account last night. Any help would be appreciated.

Adding the mobile RS has increased the range of ways to log in and it is quite possible you have actually created a new account instead of returning to the account you created yesterday.

When you linked the account to your email, do you mean you set an email as the registered email or the login email?
The registered email is the contact email, it isn't necessarily the login.

The login screen on mobile shows two options:
* continue with Google account (or Game Centre account for iOS users)
* continue with Runescape account

You probably need to click 'continue with Google account' to get back to the account you created.
