I purchased a 3 month subscription through Apple Pay it’s been over 4 days still no membership I’ve also tried to purchase membership through website and it won** let me because it says I have a membership already also this is my only account so it’s not on another account

i Got an email from mod Calcifer something about my payment from Apple was backdated I have no idea so I went in just now and resubscribed through mobile (which I will never do again and will just go straight through jagex) and I tried to log in and I lost my membership I just bought with a bond ?? What is going on

Wow! It won** let me subscribe through jagex because it says I already have a membership..which now I have none had 13 days becauae of my bond until I resubbed I just would like to play again

When you first posted, you said you bought 3 months through Apple Pay.

You then mention a message from a Mod about your payment to Apple being backdated.
Did you message Jagex support or Apple Pay support?

You then said

Why did you need to re-subscribe?
Didn't you already have three months paid for?

What happened to the three months you paid for nearly a week ago?
Was it refunded by Apple Pay?

When you buy a membership through Apple Pay, it takes about 24 hours to update to your account here on Runescape.

However a refund was issued for the August re-bill. This resulted in the November re-bill being backdated to cover the membership used in that time

This what was sent to me although I checked this morning and I have never received a refund in August. This is what I resubmit my membership because to me that’s saying you owed us money so I just resubscibed.
I’m starting to lose interest in playing this game if this is how difficult it is to play so difficult to get answers I’m willing to pay for membership and it won*t even let me
