I am having the same issue. I have a subscription good to 1 Jan 2019, however I am unable to play member worlds. I also called Apple support and they even said everything looks good. What do I need to do now?

Have you only just paid the membership? meaning within the past 24 hours?
It takes up to 24 hours for an Apple Pay bought subscription to update here on the website.
Check that you are logged in to the correct account.
Is your account in-game showing your afbbarnes display name?
I also have an active subscription through Apple however I am unable to play in member worlds. I even contacted Apple and they said everything looked good on their end and to contact Jagex. What should I do now?
