I started playing OSRS on my phone exactly two days ago under the same name I was playing RS3 on - Mysteriall. However when I tried to play OSRS on the PC I was having issues. I always used my gmail account to login in with Mysteriall for both games...but my progress wasn't being transferred from the OSRS mobile to PC. I logged in with my gmail to the RS website to unlink and re-link gmail/facebook accounts to see if that would fix my issue, and now everything is gone. Mysteriall on both OSRS mobile/PC and Mysteriall on R3 disappeared. I know the emails I used, I know the passwords I used, I can tell you exactly how much gold I have on my OSRS mobile account, but both accounts seemed to somehow get ...saved over? Has anyone experienced this? Jagex help?
