I'm here regarding the mobile crashes yesterday. I have been an avid Runescape player (off and on) since the early 2000's. I just dove back into osrs a year or 2 ago. I have recently thoroughly been enjoying hardcore ironscape. I was on a farm run with my nearly 1600 total level hardcore at approximately 745AM EST yesterday. I entered the troll stronghold and my mobile crashed instantly. As i was franticly trying to hopefully log back in before my life was taken, heart racing, knowing i was probably being bashed to death by a level 69 troll, mobile continued to crash on me the remainder of the day. I'm rather upset as my hardcore life was lost due to these crashes. Of all the ways my account could lose its hardcore status, I feel as though this should not be one of them as it was not user error. I've been looking on reddit and many other mobile users were dealing with crashes also. Not only was my account almost 1600 total level, I also have about 220 quests points and almost 48 DAYS played. This may not be anywhere near what many other players have, but for me, working full time and having 3 children, this was a hard worked account. The account name is AlmostBroken. My question is, what is Jagex going to do about this issue? I know mobile is back to working today, but my hardcore status has already been revoked and life lost due to Runescape Mobile crashing all day yesterday. Being bashed to death by a troll and being able to do nothing about it, while doing an herb run on my nearly 15.5m Farming xp account is pretty depressing. So please, Jagex, make this right!
