I currently have 2 characters that I've payed membership for and for 2 weeks I haven't been able to played on them cause whenever I try it tells me I'm in a member only area and my character must move before I can access them there in lays the issue. I've tried making sure I payed for it and waiting a few hours on top of trying to go to a f2p world but it won't tele to lumbridge so I'm kinda stuck now. Snack rat

Have you only just paid the memberships?
Did you pay here on the website or via a mobile app?

If you have only just paid and you paid via a mobile app, it will take 24 hours to process the payment.

If you paid more than 24 hours ago, post the display names of the two accounts and I will flag them.

It's not exactly an error message I'm seeing more of the game says "you are currently standing in a members only area try moving to a non-members area and trying again" and for snack rat that makes a bit of sense since I think he's in Port piscarilius but the imaginebagins is in vurrock Snack rat
