Can't log in? Wrong password?

I have been using java. It is telling me that my email or password is incorrect. It gives me the option to try again then I risk getting locked out and that happened once. I changed the password but it still isn't allowing login though java does. I try every few days or at least weekly still no change. Thank you for trying to help... appreciated.

I didn't think java worked with Runescape any more.

I know this is a dumb question but, are you using the exact same login you were using a few weeks ago?

Hi there, havent played in a few months i tried logging on via mobile today and its saying i have the incorrect password. Now its weird since im logged in on here with that same exact password its telling me its wrong on the mobile app. Any help?

Did you use the exact same login to login into the forums here as you used on your mobile?
Does your mobile have a pre-filled login and you didn't enter a login?
Is the display name l German l the correct display name for your account?
Do you have Authenticator set?

Sorry for all the questions, I am trying to narrow down the possibilities.

Hey there Malua

Here is the thing. I was using Java with my email and password. When I log in I get a pop up saying java is no longer being supported so I downloaded the new client. When I try to log in it states my email or password is incorrect. I am continuing to do what I always did in the meantime which I assume is use java. Idk what kind of work around that would be. Although I have downloaded it popup is still coming up every time I login. If I am to continue doing what I am doing and x-ing out of pop up every login then I will continue to do so. I am trying to give you any info I can but I really can't say more than that.

Hi' I understand this is an old thread and in light of the login issues I was facing on this account yesterday I figured the problem would also be fixed on the alt Im trying to login to, but I have repeatedly reset my password for my alt and confirmed my login email via account recovery systems and despite this the game will still not allow me to logon to my alt account. Please help, it was relatively twinked out with I think roughly 60 mil in my pouch.

Hello there i have same problem now on 2022.01.30 i can log in with my mobile, but when i try to log in with my huawei pad it says incorrect password. on pc it says too many attemps, never had this problem before, i have 2th auth, all the details are 100% correct i check five times, anyone can solve my problem?
