Osrs mobile client freezing

I have noticed today that every 10-15 seconds the official OSRS mobile client will freeze for 1-2 seconds. This is making late game content extremely difficult. I noticed it more when fighting gorillas.

I've seen someone else report on reddit their mobile client having the same issue while barbarian fishing.

I've been experiencing the same along with game client crashes on the 45 minute mark like clockwork.
