I truly believe the efficiency gap between mobile and pc can be reduced to a minimal with some minor tweaks, and customization changes.
Here are some thoughts.
Allow mobile users to customize the location of the tabs. I would want prayer right next to inventory.
Allow mobile users to drag and drop prayers or items to the popout bar.
Allow mobile users the ability to completely remove certain prayers or abilities from the books.
The location of some prayers or spells are extremely uncomfortable and inconvenient to deal with.
