I can't get the mobile app to load, I have a galaxy j7 connected to a mobile Hotspot device through cricket and a galaxy a03s with its own data with cricket service. Both are updated to the latest software version. I get stuck at the "unable to connect to server" the only way is with my a03s I can use a vpn and that will let me load in, which would be okay but it uses double the data and runs too slow (took 5 mins to access my bank once I finally loaded in) I've trouble shooted. Updated everything. Unistalled and re installed, called cricket I have no restrictions In place I'm just so confused as to why I can't play. I live completely off grid so besides working around my home this game is my life lol I just want to enjoy it again I feel lost. It's been 10 days without playing now. Plz help me play my game ! Lol any advice would be appreciated
