Sony phone controller to play

Just wondering if this is bannable.
Im looking at buying a sony controller which you attach to your phone.
You then set up assistive touch linked to the controller so you can have a mouse cursor on screen. You can then press x to tap which would be basically like a mouse and keyboard except im limited to mobile. Really would like an answer as i know using a 3rd party software is a ban-able offence.
