Hello all,

I have been trying to log into my account on my iphone but for some unknown reason I cannot. Every time I try to login, it tells me my credentials are wrong. But when I use these same credentials on desktop I can login just fine. Could it be that my game center email is the same as my RS email? I was able to login once, but was logged out and cannot get back in. I have tried deleting the app, clearing my cache both on my phone and its web browsers, updating my phone, and turning my phone off and on. Nothing will work. I do not know if anyone else has had this issue, but I hope their is a solution.

Try working at this from the desktop end.
While on your desktop, go to the 'Linked Accounts' tab in account management and set up a link to your Apple account.
Then, load up the game on your mobile and see if you can get into the right account via the linked account icon.

You said you were able to login once but not since.
Your Game Centre email being the same as your RS login email should not matter.
The Game Centre login is just a shortcut login method, the email you have linked to your Game Centre account does not automatically become the login email for your RuneScape account.

I am on my phone, I had someone else look at the year and everything is entered in correctly. I still cannot login through the Jagex Authenticator or my apple Game Center. When I try to login to the Authenticator, it again says my info is wrong. I use the same info on the desktop and it works fine. I do not understand why the mobile app does not allow me to login. I believe it is a bug.
